We manufacture and export silicone autoclave gasket in various shapes and designs as desired by our customer. Along with this we also offer soft silicone/sponge gaskets and solid endless gaskets. We make use of superior grade food grade silicon rubber to make these gaskets. It has the ability to withstand a temperature ranging from -80°C to 240°C. Our manufactured gaskets are available in square cross section like 20 mm x 20 mm, 19 mm x 19 mm, 12.7 mm x 12.7 mm. Moreover, these gaskets are available in different colors as per customer's requirement.

We manufacture a huge range of silicone rubber types and variations used for specific applications. Silicone solid is offered in square sheet or continuous length form which has a smooth, blemish-free surface. It is available in degrees of hardness from soft 30 durometer to the hard 70 durometer on the shore. We offer it in different formulations with a wide choice of physical properties and prices.

We offer general purpose silicon in 20 through 70 durometer with a thickness ranging from 1/32 to1/2 sheet and continuous length. Our range is suitable for most applications and meets ZZR-765 class 2a, 2b, and AMS 3301, 3302, 3303, 3304.   

We have high tear strength 30 through 70 durometer with thickness ranging from .015 to1/8 sheet and continuous length. These are tougher and more resilient than general purpose and also meeting AMS 3348, 3347, 3349 requirements.  

The reinforced has 61 through 144 durometer with thickness ranging from 1/32 to ¼ sheets. We also provide other thicknesses which are available on request. Our products are dimensionally stable and are used for press pads, belting, and gaskets.

Milled type envelope is made to fit the insert and presents a flat face to the flange. Fused and envelopes are manufactured from 400mm to any size with a maximum wall thickness of up to 100mm. We deliver our range on an urgent basis, without any extra cost.

The slit type is used for many applications where cost is a major consideration. The envelope in this variety does not present a full face to the flange.

These gaskets can have inserts of CAF, Rubber, Corrugated steel sandwiched between CAF rings, PVC or as per your specifications. Solid gaskets can be ordered in different types of shapes and sizes. Silicone washer is placed in between PTFE which gives better flexibility due to silicone rubber along with excellent chemical compatibility due to PTFE coverage
